Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital platform, any paid service on Agenthunter is non-refundable once access has been granted.

While Agenthunter strives to provide accurate and timely information on AI agent products, we do not warrant that our platform will always meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, warranties regarding profit, data integrity, or uninterrupted service) are hereby expressly disclaimed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Agenthunter does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the content and AI agent products listed on our platform. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any loss of profit, data, or business interruption. In the event that Agenthunter is found liable for any breach of this Agreement, your remedy shall be limited to the amount paid by you for accessing our services.

Responsibilities

Agenthunter is not responsible for how users choose to use or interpret the information provided on our platform. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the content available on Agenthunter.

Price Adjustments

As Agenthunter continues to evolve and expand its offerings, pricing for premium features and services may be adjusted. Any discounts offered are designed to help customers secure current rates without unexpected future increases.

General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Agenthunter as a result of your use of our services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Agenthunter. Furthermore, you agree that Agenthunter shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
